ABC Real Estate was established in 2007, before that Elsie was with another agency for 23 years, a broker since 1989. Elsie has been a million dollar producer for 22 years. Elsie is a member of the Mid-Valley Association of Realtors and is their treasurer. Elsie has been on the Salvation Army advisory board and has been their secretary for many years. David Wager is a lifelong resident of Kewanee. In 2005 he entered the real estate world after the family business dissolved due to the economy. David is also recently married and has strong small-town, family values. David is on the board of the MidValley Association of Realtors and a member of the local Multiple Listing Service.
